The privacy of our users is very important to us and we shall take all reasonable measures to have your personal information protected to ensure you feel safe and secure. This Privacy Policy shall cover how Internet Promotion Agency S.A. (hereinafter "Internet Promotion Agency") shall use personal information that users provide to Internet Promotion Agency when they use the EmailTray software. By using the EmailTray software you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
1. Collection and Use of Information
1.1. Registration
After the EmailTray software installation is complete, you are prompted to provide your email address and password to create your EmailTray account. The specified email address and password shall be used by the EmailTray software to sign in to your EmailTray account.
1.2. Mail database
Once installed, the EmailTray software shall prompt you to provide details of the email accounts that you want to be tracked by the EmailTray software to start using the EmailTray software to the full extent. After you have granted access to your email accounts, the EmailTray software shall analyze your email databases to establish what contacts are important to you. As a result, the EmailTray software shall send encrypted hashes of your contacts’ email addresses to the Internet Promotion Agency’s servers to be able to identify emails from these contacts as important. These hashes cannot be decrypted and shall be securely protected from access by any third parties.
While processing incoming mail to identify important senders, the EmailTray software shall not send any email content, subject lines, email account login and password information from your computer to the Internet Promotion Agency’s servers.
1.3. Partner API data
When you use the EmailTray software to view emails from senders that are not registered in the EmailTray system, the EmailTray software shall hash and securely send the senders’ email addresses to the API of partner companies. Doing so, the EmailTray software attempts to make visible the shared data (e.g. picture, name, occupation) for you in the EmailTray software window. The hashed email addresses of senders shall be transferred to our partners with the sole purpose of improving your experience of using the EmailTray software.
2. Use of Cookies
After the EmailTray software signed in to any of your email accounts, it shall use cookies to identify you during the course of your session. A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on a user’s computer and contains information about a user. By default, we use a persistent cookie to make it easier for you to sign in to your email account from the EmailTray software. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser. We shall not link the information we store in cookies to any personal information that you submit to the Internet Promotion Agency’s servers via the EmailTray software. Cookies are also the cornerstone for any web analytics solution that tracks interaction between a browser and a website. University uses information collected from cookies to track the pages of the Website that our users view, the browsers they use and other information about user activity when visiting the Website
We utilize Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, to better understand your use of our Website and Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Website, what pages they visit and what other sites they used prior to visiting. EmailTray implements the Remarketing with Google Analytics for Display Advertising online. EmailTray and the third-party vendors, including Google Inc., use the first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) togetherto inform, optimize, and serve ads based on a person's past visits to the Website. As a result, EmailTray’s ads shall be displayed on the sites across the Web. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Website is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. - _ga registers a unique ID that is used to generate statistical data on how the visitor uses the website and is stored during 2 years;
- _gat Used by Google Analytics to throttle request rate and is stored suring a session
- _gid Registers a unique ID that is used to generate statistical data on how the visitor uses the website and is stored suring a session.
Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user and thereby more valuable for publishers and third party advertisers:
- collect Used to send data to Google Analytics about the visitor's device and behaviour. Tracks the visitor across devices and marketing channels. It is stored during a session;
- NID Registers a unique ID that identifies a returning user's device. The ID is used for targeted ads. It is stored during 6 months;

- bcookie used by the social networking service, LinkedIn , for tracking the use of embedded services and is stored during 2 years;
- bscookie used by the social networking service, LinkedIn , for tracking the use of embedded services and is stored during 2 years;
- lidc used by the social networking service, LinkedIn , for tracking the use of embedded services and is stored during a session.

3. Log Files
Every time you visit the EmailTray website located at https://www.emailtray.com, Internet Promotion Agency shall save your IP address, the name and IP address of a remote host computer, time, status and amount of transferred data, the website from which you entered the EmailTray website, the product and release data from your Web browser in a log file. Internet Promotion Agency shall use the data from this log file in anonymous form without reference to your personal information for aggregated demographic and/or geographic statistics. Using the log file, Internet Promotion Agency can also identify defects on the EmailTray website and thus continually improve the quality of Internet Promotion Agency’s services.
4. Security
The access to your personal data shall be protected with a password that you enter during the process of registration in the EmailTray software. Internet Promotion Agency shall take all and every possible security measure to protect you against loss, misuse and alteration of data used by the EmailTray software.
Please note that unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user account information at any time.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you use a password for access to our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
The privacy of our users is very important for Internet Promotion Agency. We shall not disclose, sell or rent the personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We shall share your personal information with the third parties only if you instruct us to and only if such information is required to provide you with specific services. For example, we may use a credit card processing company to bill the EmailTray users for subscription fees. 6. Email Communications
Internet Promotion Agency is committed to keeping your email address confidential. We shall never sell, rent or lease our user email lists or otherwise disclose the user email addresses to any third party. We shall use our users' email addresses exclusively to communicate Internet Promotion Agency’s information to them. We respect your attention and time so we shall limit the frequency of our mailings to a reasonable amount.
7. University administrative and service announcements
Internet Promotion Agency shall automatically email administrative messages such as "Thank you" messages or welcome messages introducing users to the Internet Promotion Agency’s products and services, responses to password recovery, password and email change requests and similar explanatory messages that are necessary for user guidance. Users cannot opt-out from these emails.
Internet Promotion Agency may email you service announcements such as day and time of expected interruptions of services or service specifications. These emails have no opt-out status either.
8. Internet Promotion Agency marketing communications
Internet Promotion Agency may email marketing messages such as product updates and special offers. However, these messages shall be sent only to Internet Promotion Agency’s users and never to any third parties. Upon receipt of a Internet Promotion Agency special offer or product update email message, users can opt out by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message.
9. Children Under the Age of 13
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
10. Changes in the Privacy Policy
Your use of the EmailTray software, including any dispute concerning the privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the EmailTray software.
Internet Promotion Agency reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy from time to time and such modifications shall be effective upon posting them on the EmailTray website currently located at https://www.emailtray.com. You agree to be bound by any changes to this Privacy Policy when you use Internet Promotion Agency’s services after any such modification is posted. It is, therefore, important that you review the Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated of any changes.
